2023

  • In May, the Board of Directors approved the dissolution and liquidation of its subsidiary, G Shen International Limited.
  • In July, the "Chi Sheng Beauty Health & Wellness Center" was officially inaugurated and commenced operations in Fengshan Industrial Park, Hsinchu County.

2022

  • In August, Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., an invested subsidiary, ceased operations.
  • In October, the Board of Directors approved the sale of equity interests in the indirectly invested subsidiary, Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

2018

  • In January, Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. obtained a Class III Medical Device Registration Certificate for Hemodialysis Concentrates approved by the CFDA of the People's Republic of China.
  • In April, obtained a Class III Dialysate Manufacturing License issued by the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration of the People's Republic of China.

2017

  • In June, successfully passed the Medical Device GMP Compliance Assessment.
  • In July, the company was renamed Chi Sheng Pharma & Biotech Co., Ltd.

2014

  • On March 25, the inauguration ceremony of the new plant of Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was held.

2013

  • On November 19, successfully passed the PIC/S GMP follow-up compliance inspection conducted by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan.
  • On March 7, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. manufacturing facility was held.

2012

  • On January 16, the offshore company Chi Lives International Limited was officially dissolved.

2010

  • The project "Development of Intravenous Lipid Emulsion Pharmaceuticals Using Injectable Emulsion Technology and Equipment" received the Silver Award at the 2010 Pharmaceutical Technology Research and Development Awards presented by the Department of Health and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
  • "YibeiXin Injection 1 mg/mL" received the Bronze Award at the 2010 Pharmaceutical Technology Research and Development Awards presented by the Department of Health and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
  • Chi Sheng Calcium Supplement received the "Innovative Nutritional Health Food Award" from the Taiwan Health Food Society.
  • Chi Sheng Red Yeast Rice Capsules obtained Health Food Certification under Taiwan's dual-track registration system.
  • On December 24, successfully passed the PIC/S GMP Compliance Assessment conducted by the Department of Health.
  • Established the offshore companies Chi Lives International Limited and G-Sheng International Limited.
  • Obtained approval from the Investment Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for indirect investment in Mainland China and established Jitai (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
